The Secuvy Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of secuvy.ai and other public website pages controlled by Secuvy, Inc. (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
These Terms apply only to the public Website. Secuvy products, customer environments, trials, support, and professional services are governed by the applicable written agreement with Secuvy. A signed customer agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Permitted use and ownership
Secuvy grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes.
The Website, its content, design, software, logos, and materials are owned by or licensed to Secuvy and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
3. Prohibited conduct

- interfere with the Website or bypass security, privacy, rate-limit, or access controls;

- reverse engineer Website software except where the restriction is prohibited by law; or
- scrape or use Website content to train or improve a competing product except as permitted by law or with Secuvy’s written permission.

You retain ownership of your submissions and authorize Secuvy to process them as reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, respond to you, operate and improve the Website, protect the Website, and comply with law.
Do not submit passwords, credentials, vulnerabilities, regulated data, sensitive personal information, customer data, or confidential information through public Website features.
Calculator results are illustrative estimates based on the information and assumptions provided. They are not quotes, guarantees, commitments, or promises of savings, returns, performance, pricing, or business outcomes.
5. Chatbot
The Website chatbot uses automated and artificial-intelligence technologies. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They are general information only and are not legal, privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, technical, financial, purchasing, or other professional advice.
Chatbot responses do not create a warranty, representation, product specification, security commitment, or contract term. Obtain written confirmation from an authorized Secuvy representative before relying on information to make purchasing, deployment, legal, compliance, or security decisions.

Binding product, security, service, pricing, and commercial commitments exist only in a written agreement signed by authorized representatives.
8. Availability and changes
Secuvy may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Website. Secuvy does not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of Website content.
Secuvy may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, CHATBOT, CALCULATOR, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SECUVY DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
SECUVY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS OUTPUTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECUVY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS.
SECUVY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $100. LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED IS NOT LIMITED.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in San Francisco, California.
