Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification. We improve the website through native design and code changes, automated checks, manual review, and feedback from people who use assistive technology. We do not treat an automated score or accessibility overlay as proof of conformance.
Measures We Take
Our website accessibility work includes:
- semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and accessible names
- keyboard-operable navigation, dialogs, forms, search, and interactive controls
- visible keyboard focus and a skip-to-content option
- text, control, and focus-indicator contrast reviews
- form instructions and announced validation, error, loading, and success states
- support for browser zoom, responsive reflow, and reduced-motion preferences
- meaningful alternative text for informative images and accessible names for controls
- accessibility checks during website changes and representative route reviews
Current Review Status
We have completed a technical accessibility risk-reduction pass across shared website components and representative pages. We continue to test and improve the experience and do not currently claim that every page, document, video, localization, or third-party service fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Areas requiring continued review include linked PDF documents, captions and transcripts for video, translated content, and third-party experiences such as embedded scheduling or media tools. Some of these experiences are partly controlled by their providers, but we will work to provide an accessible path when we identify a barrier.
