Mike Seashols has 30 years of experience as a CEO of high-tech companies in Silicon Valley. He was the first VP of Marketing and Sales at Oracle, seeing the company through its IPO. He also led three different software companies as the founding CEO, guiding each of them to successful IPOs. Mike was the CEO of GoldenGate Software, the leader in data replication which was purchased by Oracle for over $300 million.
He has served as the Executive Chairman of a public company – Enlighten Software (network security) for 3 years, was Chairman of NetBase – one of the earliest social media monitoring, analysis, and engagement platforms for eight years, and the Chairman of G5, a leader in digital marketing for large real estate owners which was sold to RealPage
Mike was the co-founder with his wife, Suzanne, of CongoVoice, where he taught and modeled entrepreneurship for over 10 years on a part-time basis – funding and launching hundreds of startup businesses in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
