We are seeking an Account Executive to optimize revenue generation and strengthen partner/client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Own your “franchise”: Develop, and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to build a strong pipeline and close new business. 
    • Own the entire sales cycle and ensure your opportunities have the right awareness and visibility internally with Secuvy teams for support and collaboration.
    • Strategize and lead revenue-generating activities with and through Channel partners
    • Network in customer, partner and industry-related organizations.
    • Build strong Executive and Senior-level relationships and ensure proper Executive alignment between Secuvy and customers.
    • Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast for your territory, using MEDDPICCC.
    • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
  • Partner Relationship Management:
    • Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with established partners.
    • Drive collaboration by adding targeted use cases and expanding the client profile.
    • Maintain trust and engagement with partner sales organizations to maximize focus on Secuvy client opportunities.
    • Identify prospects, including clients with competitive products, through partner relationships.

Success Metrics:

  • Quota attainment
  • High levels of partner and client satisfaction. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software enterprise sales, and selling with/through the Channel, within a cybersecurity environment. Preferred DLP/CASB, Security, and Data Governance experience.
  • Intuitive, curious and focused on customer value and key outcomes and creatively capable to drive alignment and strategy to solve complex customer problems through Secuvy Data Intelligence platform. Understanding of how Secuvy can integrate with customer’s holistic architecture and strategy.
  • Ideally, strong awareness and understanding of:
    • Data Discovery and classification technologies.
    • Privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA.
    • Data Loss Prevention (DLP), security integrations, encryption, tokenization, and data masking.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills, with high levels of integrity and trust.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and excel in a team-selling approach.

  • Solution and value-based approach to selling – Challenger mindset
  • Experience in complex sales processes and excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Capable of adjusting swiftly to changes, managing multiple priorities, and staying focused in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong familiarity with any of the following: Data Security and Privacy Compliance spaces, as well as AI and DLP/CASB technologies.
  • Desire to be an integral core team member of an early-stage opportunity, where your contributions are meaningful, and integral to our success. 

Compensation:

The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $140,000, with OTE in the range of $220,000 to $280,000. Actual salaries and equity will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
